The CEO & Founder
Founded in 2023, Always Another Chance LLC is a powerhouse provider for community services and peer support.
Founded by Sakinah. Henderson - Out of A deep rooted desire to help, heal, and uplift others—as well as herself, Ms. Henderson served in many professional roles across the behavioral health field, .
The Founder holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and is a certified MST (Multisystemic Therapy) Therapist and all staff are supreme and specialize in peer support.
Excelling in numerous behavioral health arenas—, but none fully aligned with her deeper purpose until she made the decision to serve others publicly through infrastructure, peer support services and an array of other behavioral assistance services.
The foundation of this agency is deeply personal. As the founder first handily witnessed the effects of mental illness, substance abuse, trauma, domestic violence, and low self-worth in her own community and family.
Rather than becoming defeated, these experiences ignited a fire within her—to be a light for others, to walk alongside them in their healing, and to remind them that they are never beyond restoration because there is ALWAYS another Chance!
